Odata cu intrarea in vigoare a noului Cod al Muncii, angajatorii au fost obligati sa stabileasca, pentru fiecare angajat, criterii de evaluare pe care sa le includa in contractele individuale de munca ale salariatilor, dar si in regulamentul de ordine interioara. Totusi, chiar si in prezent, la aproape un an de la noile reglementari, nu putini sunt cei care confunda criteriile de evaluare cu obiectivele de performanta.
