With over 15 years of experience in financial consultancy and auditing, Andreea Mitrea has distinguished herself through her expertise in managing complex projects in financial audit, internal audit, agreed-upon procedures audit, and M&A (due diligence, mergers, and spin-offs) for an extensive portfolio of international clients across various industries such as automotive, IT services, manufacturing, banking, and healthcare.
Throughout her career, Andreea has excelled in optimizing internal control processes and implementing efficient financial procedures. She has significantly contributed to financial analyses and economic evaluations for multinational companies, offering strategic and sustainable solutions.
Andreea is a graduate of the University of Bucharest and completed her studies at the "Alma Mater Studiorum" University of Bologna through the Erasmus program. She also holds a master's degree in economic studies from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE).
