Florin coordinates the activity of the Audit & Advisory department and joined the FiNEXPERT team in the year 2003.

Florin has over 20 years of experience in the financial-accounting field of which over 15 years in the audit. During his professional career he was involved in the realization and coordination of financial audit missions for companies with private, Romanian or international capital, as well as non-profit entities, from multiple sectors of activity.

In addition to the financial audit missions, he also coordinated internal audit missions, performed financial due diligence, M&A, auditing non-refundable projects and other insurance or counseling missions.

He is an active member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR), the Authority for public oversight of the statutory audit activity (ASPAAS), the Association of Internal Auditors of Romania (AAIR), the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), as well as the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Romania (CCF).

He graduated the Faculty of Economics and Food and Agricultural Production at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
