As of October 1st 2019, CIALT joined FiNEXPERT. CIALT is a company that offers professional tax, accounting and payroll consulting services since 2009, mainly addressing the Spanish business environment in Romania. CIALT professionals have an extensive experience and a deep understanding of the legislative environment in both Spain and Romania.
As a result, FiNEXPERT will expand its international know-how and its consultancy team with a Spanish Desk directly integrated into the Bucharest office. With these changes, they will continue to support the development and quality of the services they offer.
Behind the success of these two companies we find Manuela Furdui, Managing Partner at FiNEXPERT and Carlos Sanz Mulas, General Manager at CIALT Romania.
Manuela, the founder of FiNEXPERT Group, has over 25 years of experience in the accounting financial field. The passion she puts into her work and her wish to offer high-quality services played a major role throughout her career and helped at placing FiNEXPERT at the top of all the financial consultancy companies in Romania.
With over 30 years of experience in taxation, Carlos Sanz-Mulas started his activity in Romania in 1999, as Pre-Accesion Advisor to the Ministry of Finance, in order to prepare Romania for accession to the European Union. Ten years ago, he founded CIALT, making good use of his skills in Transfer Pricing, Negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Skills and Tax Accounting.
