FINEXPERT, in partnership with BusinessMark, is pleased to invite you to the second edition of the Tax & Finance Forum, an event which takes place on 13 and 14 November 2014, in Bucharest, at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
The Forum is an opportunity for reviewing and discussing taxation in Romania, and it brings together representatives of the Ministry of Finance and of the largest consultancy companies and financial experts, decision makers from the financial and accounting departments of some of the most important companies operating on the Romanian market.
On the first day of the Tax & Finance Forum the topics for debate cover: the impact of taxation on the business environment, the optimization of the tax reimbursement process, the holdings law, issues of European law, amendments, the harmonization of the Romanian legislation, VAT, the corporate/income tax, social contributions, the tax on constructions, the taxation of income earned by non-residents in Romania, the mobility of employees – tax implications, tax planning and tax optimization.
The second day of the Tax & Finance Forum will provide answers to some major tax issues as part of seminars held by representatives of some of the largest consultancy companies. The topics addressed include: the tax inspection, tax litigation, transfer pricing planning, employee mobility – tax implications and practical issues concerning VAT refunds.
Manuela FURDUI, FINEXPERT Managing Partner, will participate as a speaker on the first day, Session I of this event, speaking about the “New State aid schemes to support investments”.
