She has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, managing due diligence processes and restructurings.
Her professional experience spans diverse fields such as automotive, IT, manufacturing, and financial services, where she has provided strategic consulting tailored to the specifics of each industry. Additionally, Andreea has demonstrated exceptional skills in optimizing internal control processes and implementing efficient financial procedures.
Andreea is a graduate of the University of Bucharest and participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Bologna, which provided her with a valuable international perspective. She holds a master's degree in economic studies, which has enabled her to excel in financial consulting and auditing.
