We are pleased to announce that after more than 10 years of providing legal assistance to both Crowe Romania and our clients, attorneys Roxana Mihai and Răzvan Beșe - with 16 and respectively 21 years of professional experience - have decided to establish the law firm Beșe, Mihai & Asociații (shortened BMLaw). This new firm will become our strategic partner in legal consultancy.
In addition to the two founding partners, BMLaw will include a team of associate lawyers and specialized staff, offering comprehensive and efficient legal solutions tailored to every challenge. Moreover, by forming multidisciplinary teams alongside our colleagues at Crowe Romania, BMLaw will ensure integrated support across various areas of expertise.
BMLaw officially commenced operations on February 1, 2025, with offices in Bucharest, Timișoara, and Cluj. The team members will continue to provide legal consultancy for Crowe Romania and our clients within the new structure, particularly in areas such as M&A, corporate law, legal due diligence, tax litigation, labor law, and other legal disputes.
